Case Study: Kommunal

”Vi gillar företagets inställning till varför man lanserar produkten och att vi kunnat göra erbjudandet till våra medlemmar utifrån ett Kommunalperspektiv.”

-Peter Hammarin, Ombudsman & Projekt Manager for Trampolin

What does the labor market look like for your members?

There is generally a shortage of vocationally trained staff and, for our part, it is mainly assistant nurses and chefs that stand out. The situation is special, as there is a shortage of trained nurses at the same time as there are 53,000 temporary employees in the elderly care sector and 18,000 in the health care sector. It is an incredible reserve of skills that could be used in a better way.

Why did you choose to work together with Auranest?

We had previously looked at a service to simplify recruitment processes. Auranest's service offered so much more and is, in addition, completely digitalized. We like the company's attitude as to why they launched the product, and that we have been able to offer it to our members from our own perspective.

What is the response from your members when you offer the service to them?

We've only had positive reactions when we talk about our pilot project and what it is we offer our members.

If you would recommend Auranest, what would you say?

A company with a good attitude that is easy to work with.

How do you think the labor market will change in the next five years?

The demand for high quality vocational education and training will increase as skilled workers are needed in the welfare sector, but also in other sectors. The requirement for the right to professional development will increase and force solutions that provide opportunities for development within the profession one has chosen to train for. A developed and accessible adult-education will play a major role.
